ORGANIC WINE
Mario is an organic red wine produced entirely by our winery. It is obtained through the simultaneous cold fermentation of red and white grapes.
It is bottled after a year of aging.
It should be enjoyed cold as a white at about 10-12°C to accompany fish-based dishes where it will surprise with its unusual combination.
Always excellent with great red wine pairings.
GRAPE VARIETY: 70% typical red grapes, 30% typical white grapes.
LOCATION: Montefiore dell'Aso (AP)
ALTITUDE: 300m above sea level
FERMENTATION: the white and red grapes ferment together for 25 days at 10°C.
REFINEMENT: in steel for 12 months, then bottled.
ALCOHOL: 14.5% (variable by vintage)
COLOR: intense ruby red with amaranth reflections
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Notes of red fruit and blackberries on the nose, along with exotic notes of white grapes.
In the mouth, an intense, voluminous and pleasant wine.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
PAIRING: fish, meat, cheeses.
FERMENTATION
Fermentation in steel for 25 days at 10 °C.
REFINEMENT
Aged in steel for 12 months, then bottled.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE on the nose notes of red fruit and blackberries, together with exotic notes of white grapes.
In the mouth intense, voluminous and pleasant wine.
