Intense dark burgundy color, with flavors of ripe black plum and hints of chocolate black forest cake. Balanced acidity and complex layers of tannins. Savory toasty oak and baking spices with a medium plush finish.

The fruit for our Old Soul wine is sourced entirely from our sustainably farmed, family-owned estate vineyards in Lodi, CA. Lodi enjoys warm days and cool nights which allows the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining their natural acidity.

The 2021 growing season was characterized by the drought’s effects on vineyards in Lodi. There was reduced yield across all varietals with harvest beginning mid August. Quality looks excellent, with higher sugar content and robust natural acidity.
