Puro Centanni Rosso is obtained from grapes coming from typical red grape varieties. The blend was studied after many tests carried out for years by Giacomo Centanni. A wine without added sulphites as per regulation, analytically less than 10mgr/lt of So2.

Puro Centanni Rosso is obtained from a blend of typical red berried grapes.
The cut was studied after many tests carried out over the years by Giacomo Centanni.
The organic grapes are harvested perfectly whole and healthy in crates, at the right point of ripeness.
The grapes are brought to the company quickly without being crushed and processing begins immediately with the use of inert gases.
The grapes are left to ripen to the maximum, without rotting, to concentrate the tannic component of the types that will serve to protect the wine.
Natural fermentation is carried out with the skins in wooden vats. All without the addition of chemicals and in particular of So2.
During alcoholic fermentation, yeast produces small quantities of SO2 as a natural self-defense.
A wine without added sulphites as per regulation, analytically must not exceed 10mgr/lt of So2.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine will be stabilized using cold temperatures and bottled.
