Deep ruby garnet, delicate violet reflections, broad rim. Plum fruit with subtle herbal spice, a hint of orange zest, peppery spice, a touch of nougat. Fresh cherry fruit, subtle sour cherry jam, a lively food wine.

This exquisite cuvée enhances all dishes containing dark meat, such as game, roast beef, or lamb. It is also the ideal accompaniment to blue cheese.
